Return Policy

All Sales are Final...... ON ALL HBM PRODUCTS....

No Returns, Unless Product was sent in error on behalf of HBM and Staff.

ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE NON RETURABLE..... PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ORDERING EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT AND NEED. 

Once you have taken physical possession of your HBM unit,(unless the unit was mailed to you via ups or usps),  you are agreeing that you are satisfied with your unit and therefore are agreeing that HBM does not warrant or take any responsibility for your concerns about your unit thereafter. 

After you take posession of your unit, HBM is not responsible for any damage or dislikes or disapprovals or problems with your unit.   

We Do Not accept Returns on wigs that have been altered in anyway.

There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Please DO NOT Cut, Tear, color or Alter the Lace on the Wig 

Please DO NOT Put any Adhesive, Tape or Glue on the Wig 

Please DO NOT Put any hair products or chemicals, color etc. on the Wig

Please DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the unit

Please DO NOT Shampoo Or Condition the unit

Please DO NOT Wear the Wig 

Please DO NOT destroy the original packaging.

But, If for any reason you have a problem or concern about a unit rather custom or in stock unit,  you have purchased from HBM, you have 3 days after you have taken physical posession of your unit, to contact us via email or date posted certified letter concerning your problems with your purchase.  Please know that we will do everything in our power to make you a happy and returning customer.  Remember you will be our walking advertisment, so we understand that you have to look Good in order to make sure we look Good.
